Ingredients

- 1 lb pizza dough
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll the pizza dough into a log and cut it into 20 pieces.
- Shape each piece into a knot.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the garlic mixture over the knots.
- Place knots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce.
