- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup biscuit mix
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and mixed vegetables.
- Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix biscuit mix, milk, and thyme until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the biscuit mixture into the simmering chicken mixture.
- Cover and cook for 10 minutes, or until dumplings are cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Feel free to add more vegetables if desired.
