Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and mixed vegetables.
  2. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  3. In a bowl, mix biscuit mix, milk, and thyme until just combined.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the biscuit mixture into the simmering chicken mixture.
  5. Cover and cook for 10 minutes, or until dumplings are cooked through.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy.
