Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt and self-rising flour until a dough forms.
  3. Divide the dough into four equal portions and shape each into a bagel.
  4. Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
