- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt and self-rising flour until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into four equal portions and shape each into a bagel.
- Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Beat the egg and brush it over the bagels.
- Sprinkle the poppy seeds on top of each bagel.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- For a different flavor, you can add herbs to the dough.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
