- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 8 small tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dredge shrimp in flour mixture, then dip in eggs, and coat with panko.
- Place shrimp in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha for the sauce.
- Warm tortillas in a pan.
- Assemble tacos with shrimp, cabbage, and sauce.
- Serve with lime wedges.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by varying sriracha.
- Try adding avocado for creaminess.
