Ingredients

  • 12 large pickles
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the pickles in half lengthwise and scoop out the centers.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Fill each pickle half with the cheese mixture.
  5. Dip each stuffed pickle in beaten egg and then coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Place the pickles in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
