Crispy air fryer stuffed pickles with a creamy filling.
Ingredients

- 12 large pickles
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the pickles in half lengthwise and scoop out the centers.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Fill each pickle half with the cheese mixture.
- Dip each stuffed pickle in beaten egg and then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the pickles in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For extra crunch, double coat the pickles with breadcrumbs.
- Serve with ranch dressing for dipping.
