Almond Cloud Cookies are light and chewy cookies made with almond flour and egg whites.
Ingredients

- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add egg whites and vanilla extract, and mix until combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet.
- Dust with powdered sugar.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden.
- Let cool before serving.

- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- Can add chocolate chips for extra flavor.
