Instructions

  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk milk, oil, and egg.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in apples.
  5. Pour half the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  6. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle half over the batter.
  7. Add the remaining batter and top with the rest of the cinnamon sugar.
