- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1 tablespoon green food coloring
- 1/2 cup Andes mints, chopped
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and powdered sugar.
- Add sour cream and heavy cream; mix until smooth.
- Stir in peppermint extract and green food coloring.
- Fold in chopped Andes mints.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with cookies or fruit.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Adjust mint flavor by adding more or less peppermint extract.
