Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped roasted red peppers

  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  3. Cut the pastry into squares.
  4. Layer the salami, pepperoni, provolone, roasted red peppers, and olives on half of each square.
  5. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the toppings.
  6. Fold the pastry over to cover the filling and seal the edges.
