A delicious blend of apple cider and spices in a soft bread form.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light.
- Add egg and apple cider to the butter mixture, mix well.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, stir until just combined.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be served warm or at room temperature.
- Add a glaze for extra sweetness.
