Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together apple cider, sugar, melted butter, and eggs.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before dusting with powdered sugar.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- This loaf is best enjoyed fresh.
