Ingredients

  • 2 cups of crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter
  • 1 cup of cream cheese
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 3 cups of diced apples
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 cup of oats
  • 1/2 cup of flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs and vanilla to the cream cheese mixture; blend well.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  7. Toss diced apples with cinnamon and layer on top of the cheesecake mixture.
  8. In a separate bowl, combine oats, flour, and brown sugar.
  9. Sprinkle the oat mixture over the apples.
  10. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
  11. Let cool before serving.
