Description
A delicious dessert combining apple crumble and cheesecake.
Ingredients

- 2 cups of crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
- 1 cup of cream cheese
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 3 cups of diced apples
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1 cup of oats
- 1/2 cup of flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla to the cream cheese mixture; blend well.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Toss diced apples with cinnamon and layer on top of the cheesecake mixture.
- In a separate bowl, combine oats, flour, and brown sugar.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture over the apples.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve chilled for best flavor.
- Can be topped with whipped cream.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
