Ingredients

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix almond milk and chia seeds.
- Add maple syrup and cinnamon. Stir well.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- When ready to serve, layer the pudding with diced apples and granola.
- Top with additional cinnamon if desired.
