Ingredients

- 2 croissants
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- 4 oz goat cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Arugula or spinach leaves
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the croissants in half.
- Mix the goat cheese, honey, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Spread the goat cheese mixture on the bottom half of each croissant.
- Layer apple slices and arugula on top.
- Close the sandwich with the other half of the croissant.
- Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet and warm in the oven for 5-7 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
