  • 2 cups butternut squash, diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss diced squash with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
  3. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  4. In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
  5. Add roasted squash and sage to the skillet, stir to combine.
