Ingredients

- 2 medium zucchinis, grated
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grate the zucchinis and place them in a clean towel. Squeeze out excess moisture.
- In a bowl, mix the grated zucchini with almond flour, nutritional yeast, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool before breaking into pieces.
