Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rub salmon fillets with olive oil and Cajun seasoning.
- Place salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
- In a blender, combine avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, and salt.
- Blend until smooth to create the sauce.
- Serve salmon with the avocado lime sauce on top.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro.
