Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cranberry sauce, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Spread the mixture into a baking dish.

- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
