- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 lb roast beef, sliced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit in half.
- Place a slice of roast beef and some cheese on each half of the biscuit.
- Fold the biscuit over to create a pocket.
- Place the biscuits on a baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with remaining broth mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with extra broth for dipping.
