Baked Italian Grinder Sandwiches are hearty and flavorful sandwiches filled with Italian meats and cheeses.
Ingredients

- 1 loaf Italian bread
- 8 oz salami, sliced
- 8 oz ham, sliced
- 8 oz pepperoni, sliced
- 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
- 1/4 cup sliced olives
- 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the Italian bread lengthwise.
- Layer the salami, ham, pepperoni, and provolone on the bottom half of the bread.
- Drizzle Italian dressing over the meats and cheese.
- Add olives and roasted red peppers on top.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the filling.
- Close the sandwich and wrap it in aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from oven, unwrap, and slice into individual sandwiches.
