Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon (juiced and zested)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the salmon with the lemon mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the fillets.
- Serve with steamed vegetables or rice.
