Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add mushrooms and sauté for 5 minutes.
  4. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Place a tortilla on a baking sheet.
  7. Spread the spinach and mushroom mixture on half of the tortilla.
  8. Sprinkle cheese on top of the mixture.
  9. Fold the tortilla over and press down gently.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
