Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  5. Stir in vanilla, walnuts, and cinnamon.
  6. Pour mixture over crust and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
  8. In a small saucepan, combine honey and water, bring to a boil.
  9. Drizzle honey mixture over cheesecake while still warm.
  10. Cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
