- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in mashed bananas and half of the caramel sauce.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set.
- Cool the cheesecake at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Drizzle remaining caramel sauce on top before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe bananas for better flavor.
- Let the cheesecake cool completely before refrigerating.
- Serve chilled for best taste.
