Instructions

  2. Mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in mashed bananas and half of the caramel sauce.
  7. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust in the springform pan.
  8. Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set.
  9. Cool the cheesecake at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  10. Drizzle remaining caramel sauce on top before serving.
