A delicious and healthy dessert combining banana cream pie flavors with protein-packed ice cream.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
Instructions
- Slice the bananas and freeze them for 2 hours.
- In a blender, combine frozen bananas, Greek yogurt, almond milk, protein powder, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and fold in the crushed graham crackers.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Use any protein powder flavor you prefer.
- Store leftovers in the freezer for up to one week.
