- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add peanut butter and mix well.
- Stir in chia seeds and almond milk.
- Add honey if desired and mix thoroughly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Serve chilled and enjoy.
