Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in mashed bananas and pudding mix until combined.
  7. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
  9. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  10. Top with whipped topping and banana slices before serving.
