  • 1 cup of cookie butter
  • 2 cups of cream cheese
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed cookies with melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add cookie butter, vanilla, and salt; mix well.
  6. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  7. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  8. Slice bananas and layer them on the crust.
  9. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the bananas.
  10. Chill the cake for at least 4 hours before serving.
