A delicious dessert that combines the flavors of banana pudding, cookie butter, and cheesecake in a cake form.

- 2 cups of crushed cookie butter cookies
- 1 cup of cookie butter
- 2 cups of cream cheese
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix crushed cookies with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add cookie butter, vanilla, and salt; mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Slice bananas and layer them on the crust.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the bananas.
- Chill the cake for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe bananas for better flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- For extra flavor, add a layer of banana slices on top before serving.
