A delightful twist on the classic tiramisu using bananas.
Ingredients

- 4 ripe bananas
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Add mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla to the whipped cream. Mix until combined.
- Gently fold in the mashed bananas.
- Dip each ladyfinger in the cooled coffee for a few seconds.
- Layer half of the ladyfingers in a dish.
- Spread half of the banana mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers.
- Top with the remaining banana mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, dust with cocoa powder.

- Use ripe bananas for better flavor.
- Adjust sugar based on your taste.
