  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat.
  3. Add banana slices and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased cake pan.
  5. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  6. In another bowl, combine milk and egg, then add to the dry ingredients.
  7. Pour the batter over the bananas in the pan.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool for 10 minutes, then invert onto a plate.
