Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, carrots, cucumber, red cabbage, green onions, and cilantro.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and garlic until smooth.
  3. Pour the peanut sauce over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
