A delicious and easy recipe for Bang Bang Salmon Bites Bowls.
Ingredients

- 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, bell peppers)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and soy sauce.
- Coat salmon pieces in the sauce mixture.
- Place salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
- While salmon cooks, steam mixed vegetables until tender.
- To serve, place rice in bowls, top with salmon and mixed vegetables.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- Adjust spiciness by adding more or less sriracha.
- You can substitute salmon with chicken or tofu.
- For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free soy sauce.
