Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha. Set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add shrimp to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Cook until shrimp turn pink.
  5. Remove from heat and add the sauce to the shrimp. Stir to coat.
  6. Combine the cooked pasta and shrimp mixture. Toss to mix well.
  7. Garnish with green onions before serving.
