A delicious dessert combining the flavors of banana, toffee, and cake.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup dulce de leche
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour a cake pan.
- In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Fold in mashed bananas.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool, then slice and layer with dulce de leche and whipped cream.
Notes
- Can be served chilled or at room temperature.
- Top with extra banana slices if desired.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
