- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups fresh blackberries
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar (for sauce)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add heavy cream, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Gradually add flour and blend until fully incorporated.
- Pour mixture into a springform pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
- For the sauce, combine blackberries, water, and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Cook until blackberries break down and sauce thickens.
- Strain the sauce to remove seeds and let cool.
- Serve cheesecake topped with blackberry sauce.
