Description
A delicious combination of BBQ chicken and melted cheese in a grilled sandwich.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1 cup cooked BBQ chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread butter-side down on a skillet.
- Layer the BBQ chicken on the bread.
- Add shredded cheese on top of the chicken.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.
- Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until the cheese melts.
Notes
- Use leftover BBQ chicken for quick preparation.
- Feel free to add vegetables like onions or peppers.
