Ingredients

- 2 lbs beef chuck roast
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Season the beef with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- In a skillet, sear the beef on all sides.
- Place the beef in a slow cooker.
- Add onion, garlic, beef broth, and BBQ sauce.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or until tender.
- Shred the beef with forks and mix with sauce.
- Serve on buns or as desired.
