Delicious beef and cheese filled chimichangas.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin. Mix well.
- Warm flour tortillas in a microwave or on a skillet.
- Spread refried beans on each tortilla.
- Add beef mixture and cheese on top of the beans.
- Fold the tortilla to form a burrito shape.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan.
- Fry each chimichanga until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust spice levels to your taste.
- Serve with salsa or guacamole.
- You can bake instead of fry for a healthier option.
