Ingredients

- 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced
- 2 cups tortellini
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add beef and brown on all sides.
- Stir in mushrooms and cook until tender.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture, stir well.
- Pour in beef broth, bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat, mix in sour cream, and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions.
- Combine tortellini with beef mixture and serve.
