Ingredients

- 4 chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, pineapple juice, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil in a bowl.
- Marinate the chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Serve with rice and vegetables.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
- For extra flavor, marinate overnight.
- Use chicken breasts for a leaner option.
