A creamy and flavorful pasta salad inspired by the Big Mac.
Ingredients

- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooled macaroni to the dressing and stir to combine.
- Fold in pickles, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

- Use whole wheat pasta for a healthier option.
- Add cooked ground beef for extra protein.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
