A delicious twist on the classic Big Mac flavor in a pasta salad form.
Ingredients

- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 1 cup cooked ground beef
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped pickles
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, ground beef, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, cheese, and onions.
- Add the Thousand Island dressing and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

- Feel free to add more toppings like bacon or avocado.
- Use low-fat dressing for a lighter option.
