A delicious pasta salad inspired by the flavors of a Big Mac.
Ingredients

- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, ground beef, pickles, onions, and cheddar cheese.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and stir to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, substitute ground beef with a plant-based alternative.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like tomatoes or lettuce.
