Ingredients

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup pickles, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and red onion.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and vinegar to create the dressing.
- Add the cooked ground beef to the salad bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Top with shredded cheese and sesame seeds before serving.
