A hearty casserole combining the flavors of a Big Mac with crispy tater tots.

- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup pickles, diced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 bag (32 oz) tater tots
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion until browned.
- Drain excess fat and stir in pickles, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Spread the beef mixture in a greased casserole dish.
- Top with tater tots, spreading them evenly over the beef.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with cheddar cheese and return to oven until cheese melts.
- Top with shredded lettuce before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust toppings based on your preference.
- This casserole can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
