Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup pickles, diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 bag (32 oz) tater tots

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion until browned.
  3. Drain excess fat and stir in pickles, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Spread the beef mixture in a greased casserole dish.
  5. Top with tater tots, spreading them evenly over the beef.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven, sprinkle with cheddar cheese and return to oven until cheese melts.
  8. Top with shredded lettuce before serving.
