- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together Biscoff spread and butter.
- Add granulated sugar and brown sugar, mix well.
- Beat in the egg until fully incorporated.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Allow cookies to cool on the sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
