A delicious Biscoff Poke Cake infused with the rich flavors of Biscoff cookies and creamy frosting.
Ingredients

- 1 box vanilla cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup Biscoff cookie spread
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/2 cup crushed Biscoff cookies
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool for 10 minutes.
- Poke holes all over the cake with a fork.
- Mix Biscoff spread and sweetened condensed milk together.
- Pour the mixture over the cake, filling the holes.
- Allow the cake to cool completely.
- Top with whipped topping and sprinkle crushed Biscoff cookies on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
