Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Biscoff cookie spread
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup crushed Biscoff cookies

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Let the cake cool for 10 minutes.
  6. Poke holes all over the cake with a fork.
  7. Mix Biscoff spread and sweetened condensed milk together.
  8. Pour the mixture over the cake, filling the holes.
  9. Allow the cake to cool completely.
  10. Top with whipped topping and sprinkle crushed Biscoff cookies on top.
  11. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
