Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling
  • 1 cup whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add sugar and vanilla, mix until well combined.
  6. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  7. Stir in sour cream and flour until just combined.
  8. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
  10. Let it cool, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  11. Top with cherry pie filling and whipped cream before serving.
