Ingredients

  • Blackberry sauce for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of cupcake liners.
  4. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs, lime juice, and vanilla; mix until combined.
  6. Fold in blended blackberries.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until set.
  9. Cool completely and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  10. Top with blackberry sauce before serving.
