Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
- Coat salmon fillets with olive oil and rub the spice mixture on both sides.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the salmon fillets.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until blackened and cooked through.
- In another saucepan, heat heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice over low heat.
- Stir until well combined and warm.
- Serve salmon topped with the creamy dijon sauce and garnish with parsley.
