Instructions

  1. Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Coat salmon fillets with olive oil and rub the spice mixture on both sides.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the salmon fillets.
  4. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until blackened and cooked through.
  5. In another saucepan, heat heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice over low heat.
  6. Stir until well combined and warm.
  7. Serve salmon topped with the creamy dijon sauce and garnish with parsley.
